Prior to this venture, Zeidman made the courageous decision to step away from full-time coaching and focus on his recovery from severe complications related to a Covid-19 infection. Currently serving as a consultant for college coaches aiming to build successful programs and high school athletes seeking recruitment, Zeidman is recognized by his dynamic energy, developmental lens on coaching and a passion for sports that extends beyond the field of play.

Zeidman's academic background includes a Master's in Higher Education Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor's in Media Studies from Quinnipiac University. His academic background, coupled with his coaching acumen, showcases a holistic approach to both athletics and education.
