A former appointee to the California State Quality Education Commission, he is the author of Generational Wealth Begins with Generational Knowledge® and Welfare to Work: A Practitioner’s Perspective on How to Develop and Implement a Successful Welfare to Work Program — a blueprint that has helped thousands transition from public assistance into sustainable, white-collar careers.
Dr. Wallace’s pioneering Welfare to Work model was featured in both Black MBA Magazine and Essence Magazine, which spotlighted his commitment to job readiness, corporate placement, and long-term career retention for marginalized communities.
