Christian and multi-Grammy Award-winning band Third Day turned in an inspiring and moving performance of a song with a positive, upbeat message that encourages listeners to continue fighting and keep going during trying circumstances.

Life is not always an easy or pleasant experience. Overwhelming situations can crop up, leading to extreme pain, hurt and frustration. There are instances when giving up, and throwing in the towel feels like the sensible option. But as much as we may feel like it at times, that’s never the right choice. God has something much better in store, often right on the other side of the hurt and heartache.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Third Day performed their hit song “Tunnel” live in concert to an adoring and raucous crowd who assisted the band by providing their vocals.

The inspiring and uplifting lyrics are for anyone who is currently enduring an overwhelming and difficult period. The track pushes those individuals to keep fighting the good fight, and to never give up because “there is a light at the end of the tunnel for you.”

About halfway through the nearly 4-minute clip, lead singer Mac Powell explains why he was initially apprehensive about including the song “Tunnel” on one of the group’s albums. He says he was afraid that the message and the lyrics would get lost in the tune’s loud, boisterous rock sound.

However, he happily admits that he was totally, and completely wrong about his initial hesitancy on “Tunnel.”

“I was, thankfully, realized I was dead wrong about that,” he said. “Because it’s a song that, through the years when we’ve done it, I can literally look out every time we’ve done it and see someone crying. And see someone, a friend beside somebody else consoling them because it's a song that’s helped a lot of people get through some difficult situations.”

John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

One of the biggest names in Christian music, Phil Wickham, is joined by several other musicians as they all express utter joy and excitement over the Savior’s birth.

Several passages throughout the Old Testament foretold the birth of Jesus Christ. He was to come to save the people from their sins, forever changing the trajectory and direction of the world. Many were anxiously looking forward to that moment of the Savior’s birth, hoping to see the One sent by God to change everything. 

So, on that most holy night, when Jesus Christ was born in a stable surrounded by barnyard animals, many were more than a little excited. The Savior, who would save men from their sins, had finally arrived! No other song expresses the joy many had to have felt that evening following the baby boy’s arrival quite like “Joy to World.”

In a clip posted on YouTube, Phil Wickham and a few of his closest friends come together for an inspiring, upbeat and joy-filled performance to sing about that moment that changed everything for all. Christ has arrived and they will shout the good news for all to hear!

Christmas is a season full of happiness and joy for this reason alone: Jesus Christ, the Savior, has arrived. Many people gather with friends and family and participate in annual traditions and activities. But all the presents, food, movies and Christmas songs ring hollow if those celebrations are not ultimately about Christ’s birth in that Bethlehem stable all those years ago. 

No other birth has meant so much to the entire world, and no other birth ever will. 

Joy to the world, indeed!

Matthew 1:23 “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.”

This is an animated music video for "Emmanuel Will Come", a song remembering Chist's first coming, when He showed people the way to God the Father. "Emmanuel" means "God is with us". Do you need peace, strength, or grace? Listen to ‘Needs,’ an encouraging single from Kirk Franklin. ‘Needs’ is a soulful style of music mixed with a healthy dose of rhythm and blues. But Kirk’s style is a bit more unique. He manages to add a church choir style with an urban contemporary style. The result sounds like a one-on-one prayer-filled conversation with our heavenly father.

This new song is a powerful gospel that carries an important message. It deeply resonates with listeners as it speaks to the challenges and struggles faced in life. Kirk emphasizes the need for Jesus. Kirk delivers this message through his heartfelt lyrics and uplifting melodies. Through Him, we have peace, hope, strength, and forgiveness. Most of all, we need God as our anchor in life’s storms. Kirk encourages listeners to be a source of God’s love for those who are hurting and to let them know they are not alone. This song sheds light on the importance of telling the world to exchange substitutes for the real power of Christ.

You’ll be glad you watched ‘Manger Throne’ by Phil Wickham in the official music video. 

Phil does it again! He wrote a song worthy of God’s praise that brings us to our knees in reverence for Jesus’ sacrifice. This time around, it’s added a special twist. Phil sings about how Christ came into the world and was laid to rest in His ‘manger throne.’ 

How fitting are those words? Who knew a little babe lying in a manger would one day rule the world, who would one day be our king and savior?

The song debuted in October and has already garnered over 141,800 views with fans praising God and thanking Phil for his musical abilities. One avid fan wrote, “Phil what can I say that I haven't already. Tears flowing down my cheeks is all I have. Another viewer pointed out that Phil has been anointed by God through the use of his musical talents to bring strangers to Christ. She wrote, “God has so anointed you Phil to lead us in worshipping our King and Savior. Praise to our King! He alone is worthy of all of our praise, today and forever more.

The clip starts out with an amazing light show and a young woman dressed in white at a piano. Other singers dressed in black join in singing with her.

Natalie is spreading an impactful message that there are still a lot of ways in which God is working through people that are often overlooked today. We can see the hurt and hear the hate, but there are still great reasons to “amen.” There have been a lot of difficult divisions and challenges in this world. 

It is easy to view the world from the perspective of only seeing the enemy at work. If we are not careful, the negative and the worries can bog us down to where we never see the good. Christ has overcome, and His Spirit is moving each and every day. Natalie is desiring to shed some light on the joy and the positive parts of life. She is reminding us to have hope and see the good.

We could all use a little more of the “glass half full” approach. Yes, sin exists, and pain is real, and we should be authentic in that struggle, but so often, we forget to live victoriously and joyfully each day. 

The Holy Spirit helps our cups to overflow and celebrate the good and the amazing ways the Lord is working in the midst of our mundane. This song does a great job of reminding us of that.

Riley plays tenderly at a piano in an old historic home. She sings sweet melodies about the Lord at work in her own personal journey. She has a beautiful string quartet in the background and starts the chorus as she sings out her heart that she believed miracles had to be something grand. However, her miracle really is the person right in front of her. 

As we ponder all of the people that this could be, we think about the loved ones in our own lives. We remember our spouses, children, parents, friends, and neighbors. 

God is working every day in relationships; He is doing miraculous things among us, and so often, we can forget this is the case. As we listen to this beautiful song, may it encourage us that the Lord is working behind the scenes. 

He is on the move. We may not call something a miracle, but He truly is working miracles every day in our lives.

Riley is dressed in antique-style clothing in front of the beautiful historic home, singing this song. We get the idea from the choice of contrast from this time period to today that the Lord was working then and still is working today. It is a very creative and interesting setting for this song. 

Everything was seemingly simpler during this time period, but it did not mean that God was not working in equally incredible ways. Maybe you feel like he is not working in miraculous ways in your life?

Katy Nichole released her song ‘Jesus, Thank You (feat. CAIN & David Leonard)’ right ahead of her 33-city fall tour with CAIN and David Leonard that starts off in Baton Rouge, LA. And she shared how grateful she was to be partnering with these other musical artists during this time.

Listen to one of today’s most beloved and treasured worship songs, ‘The Old Rugged Cross Made The Difference by the Gaither vocal band during a live performance. You won’t be disappointed. 

“And the old rugged cross made the difference
In a life bound for heartache and defeat;
I will praise Him forever and ever
For the cross made the difference for me.”

The song is one of 300 songs written by George Bennard. Born into a modest family, he took on the responsibility of caring for his family as a coal miner when his father passed away. Later, he became a preacher and worked for the Salvation Army with his wife. 

His passion was to open the eyes of the world to the blessed gift of salvation from the Lord. He penned many songs expressing his gratitude and wonder. More than 100 years later, his legacy lives on within the notes and the lyrics of his worship songs. 

The vocal band Gaither performed a beautifully earnest rendition of ‘The Old Rugged Cross Made The Difference.’ After its initial release, the performance has gone viral with over 17,000 views. People around the world are worshipping Jesus for His sacrifice on the cross while they listen to this poetic song. 

Adam Crabb sings solo as the music begins to play. He croons about the ‘aching desperation’ of needing Jesus until the moment Jesus’ sacrifice touches our lives. Then Wes Hampton, Bill Gaither, Todd Suttles, and Reggie Smith harmonize as they sing of the hope found at the foot of the cross. 

I can never tire of listening to worship music that points me back to Jesus. May this song infuse hope and appreciation for what Christ did for you and me.

"I Will Follow Christ" is a song about who you choose to follow (the world or Christ). As for me, I choose to follow Christ, to live for him. I choose to make him a priority in my life. As a follower of Christ, I am forgiven of sin.

This is a music video for "Creation Song", by Heath Bewley. This song tells of God's creation, from creating light, the sky ("firmament"), land and sea, plants and animals, sun, moon and stars, and finally man and woman. This exciting song not only tells the story of creation, it also uses some of the creation account from Job 38. I hope you enjoy this song of praise to God. An immensely talented musician sat in an empty stairwell and gave a dazzling performance of the beloved and classic hymn, “What a Friend We Have in Jesus.”

Everyday living can be, at times, an overwhelming experience that weighs people down with worries, burdens and stressors. Hurts, heartaches and struggles make their way to everyone at some point, unfortunately. Sadly, these situations can get people to the point where they feel like they are constantly fighting a losing battle, unable to proceed. Thankfully, there is One more than willing to provide assistance and shoulder those burdens.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a member of the popular contemporary Christian band, Elevation Worship, strums on the guitar and beautifully sings the lyrics to a widely recognized tune about giving those fears and worries over to Christ. “What a Friend We Have in Jesus” reminds followers of Jesus Christ that we are not alone in our everyday struggles and battles.

Christ is capable of shouldering and lifting those burdens. In fact, as the song mentions, Christians are to bring those stresses, hurts and heartaches and lay them at His feet. Holding onto those situations only causes us wholly undue and unnecessary pain. As a follower of Christ, we can let them go and give it all to Him.

In addition to singing the powerful and moving lyrics from “What a Friend We Have in Jesus,” the musician includes lyrics from Elevation’s original song," Mercy." Similarly, that tune is also about the magnificent and awe-inspiring things Christ has done in their lives.

This is a Reggae Remix of the fun song, "Sing Hosanna Forevermore". The song is about praising God throughout the week. We can praise God, and have a relationship with him. Praise the Lord!

Former American Idol contestant Genavieve Linkowski showed off her beautiful voice with a dazzling cover of a beloved track about the need to praise and worship the Lord.

The world is a sad, lonely and dangerous place. It’s filled with people who are hurting and struggling. Some may be at the end of their rope, desperately seeking an answer or comfort and healing. Luckily, there is One who has the power to mend the brokenhearted, heal the sick and provide a way when one doesn’t appear possible. He willingly went to the cross on our behalf, acting as a sacrifice as He endured an excruciatingly painful death. 

It is for that world and life-changing sacrifice that Christ deserves all honor, glory and praise. It is through His death and resurrection that anyone and everyone has a chance at everlasting life with Him. In a clip posted on YouTube, Genavieve covers Brandon Lake’s song “Gratitude.”

The young woman demonstrates that she has been blessed musically. Her voice is outstanding, never missing a note, giving an immensely enjoyable and pitch-perfect performance. 

As the song’s opening verse mentions, there is nothing and no way anyone could adequately thank the Lord for his mercy, grace and forgiveness. 

“All my words fall short
I got nothing new
How could I express
All my gratitude”

As the beautifully written song later states, there is nothing anyone can do but continually worship and praise Him for taking our place. Even that is not nearly enough, but that’s all that anyone has, and we have “nothing else fit for a King.”

Several others commented on the video and mentioned how they enjoyed Genavieve’s cover of the classic tune.

Seph Schlueter, at only 21 years old, has gained wisdom that some fail to find even with years of living behind them. He’s recognized that we as individuals, citizens of the U.S.A., and children of our Heavenly Father are blessed! And, we are blessed in abundance!

Seph, along with Jordan Sapp and Jonathan Gamble, wrote the catchy song.

The word “infinity” is cleverly used to emphasize the wealth of blessings bestowed upon us, and the infinity symbol, drawn behind a series of hash marks on a white drape, is the extent of the video’s backdrop. That’s okay, though. Seph’s smile, humble presence, raised hands, happy eyes, and God-given voice provide all that is needed to perfectly convey his message.   

An Ohio native and Catholic, Seph began the worship collective Damascus Worship with the goal of bringing worship music into the Catholic Church. Seph is the director for Damascus Worship and was instrumental in the release of their first album, Awake My Soul. He’s opened for artists Natalie Grant and Phil Wickham, his own music uplifting others and finding favor. 

Commenters expressed gratitude for Seph, Jordan, and Johnathan’s song, and a few recalled health challenges that God carried them through. Poster @mikaylaweitzenecker2830 said, “I needed this song today! I've been struggling with getting people in my life to count their blessings and the Negativity can be overwhelming, great song to turn all the way up and dance around the kitchen.” 

Seph heard “Counting My Blessings” on radio for the first time on September 1 when 104.9 The River in Columbus played his song. His jubilance is just as fun to watch as his new song is to hear!
