Dr. Johnson Varkey, host of the bible teaching ministry Rehoboth Voice, is an Associate Pastor of International Bible Church (IBC) in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Varkey has been a research scientist for many years before becoming a Bible preacher and teacher. Currently, he teaches Biology at Our Lady of the Lake University and St Phillips College along with the teaching ministry at IBC.
