Chad Schapiro
With over 20 years of business success and leadership training, Chad Schapiro founded Next Level Leadership and led millions in international sales. In 2017, he and his wife planted Ignite Community Church, a thriving multicultural congregation. Years later that church expanded to a global presence through GetConnected.Church, which is a digital church.
Chad has served with the San Antonio Baptist Association serving most recently as Church Starting Catalyst.
As of 2022 he became the Director of the Pastor Strong Initiative, which champions senior pastors’ holistic health. In 2024, he joined Texas Baptists full-time to expand Pastor Strong statewide and serve as a regional representative, continuing his mission to support pastors and strengthen churches.
