Last Chance Ministries is a Bible based Church that REACHES OUT TO THE LOST AND BRING SOULS TO KNOW JESUS CHRIST.TO HELP RESTORE LIVES AND USE AN ORDINARY PERSON, TO DO GOD’S EXTRAORDINARY WORK. LCM has 9 annual major community events which serves the West Side community and a majority of SAHA Public Housing residents which are the Annual Spring Break Event, Back to School, Harvest Festival, Thanksgiving Dinner, which feeds 3,000 people and our Christmas Toy Giveaway where they team up with the 149th Fighter Wing from Lackland Air Force Base and Children’s Hunger Fund to give out toys to the less fortunate.

Last Chance Ministry has blossomed into many ministries which are Restored Hearts for women, Bread of Life for families, Lord’s Chosen Men, Children’s, Youth Ministry and a Health and Wellness programs to include the Christian Sports Organization & Gladiators boxing.

God continues to bless LCM and we look forward to the many opportunities & the many doors He continues to open to help & serve the community.

What Last Chance Ministries BelieveS

Salvation Through Jesus Christ
We believe the only way to receive salvation and inherit eternal life is by accepting Jesus Christ, the son of God, as your Lord and Savior. John 14:6 NLT "Jesus told Him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father, except through me." 

Steps you must take:
A. You must admit your need - Romans 3:23 NLT. "For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard"
B. Believe in Christ - Romans 3:25 NLT. "For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God

when they believe that Jesus sacrificed His life, shedding His blood."

C. Commit yourself to Christ - John 1:12 NLT. "But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to

become children of God."


Baptism
We believe that the next step after becoming a Christ follower is to be baptized which means "to be dipped under water". 

Why get baptized?
A. Example set by Jesus Christ - Matthew 3:13-15 NLT. "Then Jesus went from Galilee to the Jordan River to be

baptized by John. ...Jesus said, "It should be done, for we must carry out all that God requires."

B. Jesus Christ commands it - Matthew 28:19-20 NLT. "Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing

them in the name of the Father and Son and the Holy Spirit."

C. Shows that I really am a believer - Acts 18:8 NLT. "...Many others in Corinth also heard Paul, became believers,

and were baptized."
