Fortress Church

Fortress Church is a Prayer-Seeking, Worship-Giving, Ministry-Reaching, Bible-Teaching, Fellowship-Sharing, Soul-winning, Disciple-Making church in Northwest San Antonio. Established in 1994, Fortress Church welcomes worshippers from different religious and ethnic backgrounds. In addition to our regular worship services, we also facilitate worship services in Spanish, as well as partnering with India Pentecostal Church, Africa Christian Fellowship and Beth Simcha Messianic Congregation. Worship at Fortress Church is focused on spending quality time in the presence of the Lord, in the teaching of God’s Word and prayer at the altar. Fortress Church is affiliated with the Assemblies of God, which is the largest Pentecostal denomination in the world. The primary focus of ministry at Fortress Church is the development of the believer’s personal relationship with the Lord. Purpose Statement: Fortress Church serves to develop a community of Spirit-filled disciples of Jesus Christ for today the next generation.
