Concordia Lutheran Church

Concordia Lutheran Church is a congregation of believers with hope placed in the one true Savior, Jesus Christ. God's Word is at the heart of all we do and is the driving force behind every aspect of our ministry. We offer a wide range of ministries for children, teens, young adults, and the elderly. We are known city-wide for great events such as our Drive-Thru Nativity, our Easter Egg Hunt, and our Vacation Bible School which attracts over 1,500 kids annually. The weekends are a time for celebrating God’s love as we gather Saturdays at 6 pm and Sundays at 8, 9:30, and 11 am for worship. From our first church service in 1951 with 64 people, God has richly blessed Concordia. In 2001, God blessed us with our our Senior Pastor, Bill Tucker. Under his leadership, our congregation now numbers over 7,000. In February 2009, we dedicated the latest addition to our campus, our sanctuary, and its 123-foot cross. Standing at the corner of 1604 and Huebner in north San Antonio, it is a landmark to all who pass by of the love and grace given to us through Christ.
