WORKING FOR REVIVAL IN THE CHURCH AND TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIETY THROUGH THE POWER OF UNITED PRAYER, TEACHING AND TRAINING, NETWORKING AND FOCUSED ACTION.

A NETWORK OF PRAYER

Prayer ministries and praying churches praying unitedly throughout the city with the same passion to see Jesus Christ revealed and His word honored in the decisions and activities of city government, business, education, arts and entertainment, media, the military, marriage, the family, and every sector which affects daily life in the city. City Reachers reaching the city with a united cry to the Father, "Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, in San Antonio as it is done in heaven."

A NETWORK OF ACTION

With the people of God actively reflecting the Truth of the word of God in their daily decisions and actions, San Antonio would be known as the city whose God is the LORD! Each member of the Body of Christ displaying the light of revealed Truth found in the word of God and in the person of Jesus Christ serving as catalysts of godly change and transformation in the sector of society where they work.

OUR STORY

Founded in 1998 by Eileen Vincent, City Reachers, for the Love of San Antonio has functioned as a prophetic intercessory prayer and networking ministry. Natalie Hardy joined City Reachers in 2000 and serves as Director.

In addition to weekly Lunch Time Prayer and Pastors and Leaders Prayer meetings, City Reachers works with ministries, pastors and local churches to raise citywide prayer for revival. Revival Times, our monthly newsletter has from the start been a prophetic word of teaching and exhortation declaring the word of the Lord over San Antonio. Since its founding, City Reachers has aired a dynamic weekly radio program, Pray San Antonio! on KSLR AM 630. This program, hosted by Eileen Vincent and Natalie Hardy, encourages and teachers listeners to prayer for the city and includes guest interviews of persons effectively serving the purposes of God .

We offer a four-week School of Prayer to local churches where students gain a biblical world view of the seven spheres affecting society so they can pray biblically over these vitally important areas.

Nothing short of revival and a transformed city will satisfy so we are working and praying to that end.
